Meet Nora

Nora Stewart


Nora is an expert teacher, practitioner and facilitator in fitness instruction, bodywork, breath-work and massage.

With 18 years experience as a massage therapist, she has gained a deep understanding of the body's tension zones learned from Chua Ka®. an all-over, deep-tissue, body massage.

Nora is a specialist trainer in vitality-based, body-work methods that have been developed by Oscar Ichazo (USA). This includes the complete exercise system, Psychocalisthenics® "exercise pared to perfection" (The Daily Mail) and Zero Balancing (Fritz Smith M.D.), a fully-clothed method using touch and pressure that helps to re-integrate energy and structure.

As a sponsor for the Arica* School of Knowledge trainings that have been developed by philosopher, Oscar Icahzo, Nora has taught exercise and massage to groups of up to 150 people throughout Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia.

During these bodywork trainings she will work with a number of other teachers and qualified associates.

She also provides the bodywork component to Patrick Holford's 100% Health Workshops.

This broad area of experience and interests has helped her, in particular, to refine and specialise in healing techniques.

For the past 30 years she has been a commited and active member of the Arica® School of Philosophy and Self-Development. She enjoys meditation and being with her family and friends. Her hobby is ceramics. She throws with porcelain and earthenware.

Nora lives in Tilford in Surrey and is a mother of three children. Her husband is an author of specialist knowledge publications and is also a qualified teacher with The Arica School.
