Chua Ka®
Chua Ka, as used by a qualified practitioner, is a powerful tool for healing involving a radical and new level of touch. It is primarily, a self-massage system, developed by the teacher and philosopher, Oscar Ichazo.
Nora has been certified to teach and to practice Chua Ka with groups, or with individual clients, since 1990.
What is Chua Ka?
Specific zones of the body store specific fears as aches, stiffness and discomfort. Chua Ka is based on a detailed understanding of the zones of the body and how they correspond to the tension that locates itself within them. It is a deep-tissue massage that releases stored tensions right down to the bone. You will experience a new degree of sensitivity and awareness as the body feels deeply cleansed and invigorated. Chua Ka accelerates the body's recovery from trauma and helps to restore it to a more youthful and vital condition.
It is followed by Skin Rolling, helping to stimulate the lymph glands and the circulatory system. The rejuvenation at cellular level helps the skin to feel more supple and alive.
