Kath State®

The Energy of Inner Fire Training sm

This one-day, group training, based on Oscar Ichazo's book, Kath State, the Energy of Inner Fire©, is an excellent opportunity to embody his quigong (Kath) work of the Five Elements.  Oscar adapted his five movements from Master Chen Man-Ch'ing's Tai Chi Chuan and relates them to his theory of the Five Elements of Fire, Earth, Air, Water and Space.  According to his theory, each movement performed during this routine energizes the chi of the Element that he associates with the five physical Realms of Existence that are found in the human body.

The training includes a complete introduction explaining the Kath State and how this State is generated in the physical body for example, when chi is generated in specific areas (realms) of the body, the endocrine system that is related to that part is awakened, enabling the regeneration of all the organs and tissues in that particular area. When all five areas (Realms of Existence) are regenerated through these five movements, the Kath State is thoroghly attained, this becomes quite noticeable in the brain and is consequently felt throughout the body.

Exercises and breathing techniques further enhance the Kath State experience.  Slides are used to aid the clear presentation of the material. Meditations with the five movements ensure that a proficient level of embodiment of the Kath State is attained from the day's work.

The basic exercises are easy to learn and can be practiced by any age group.

Adequate rest time is scheduled into the training, as well as a two-hour lunch-break.  Certification to teach this Group Work is offered with this training also. This training is open to the public.

Length of training:

One-day intensive group.

The Vortex Points®

A one day intensive group training

A one day training working with touch and pressure on 72 specific points in the body.

In this workshop we learn to activate the seventy-two vortex points on our own bodies.  Activating a vortex point provides a deep relaxation around the point. We learn sequences for relaxing the entire body as well as specialized sequences for the face, the feet and the legs, plus relief for stress or headaches and after strenuous activity.

Length of training:

Five 2-hour sessions for group training or individual practice.

An instructional booklet is included.

Chua Ka sm

In this training, Chua Ka - deep bodywork applied to oneself - enables the body to evolve to its highest degree of sensitivity and awareness.

The impact of life experience creates networks of muscular tension (pain) that are remembered fears. Working the tissues with precise hand and finger positions and a stick called a 'ka'. we learn to transmit energy and heat to the bone, thereby removing this tension.

Length of training:

Two-day intensive group training

You will learn to work the technique across your entire body with the help of a partner for work on the back.

We guarantee that you will find the training a pleasant experience with a working atmosphere that is open, relaxed and cheerful.
